Quentin began his career as a Private Equity Analyst at Waterland, gaining direct exposure to deal execution and portfolio management in a leading European investment firm focusing on buy&build.

He then spent four years at Oliver Wyman, where he rose to the level of Junior Manager, advising corporates and investors on strategy, transformation, and performance improvement.
