The platform acquires majority ownership in independent CPAs, while leaving the existing teams in place to run the business and serve the customers. The CPAs who join the platform are provided with central resources to help with digitalization, recruiting and talent management, accelerating profitable growth locally.

Why we invested
Accounting and professional services is a very deep, profitable and fragmented market in France, with more than €24Bn revenue split across more than 20k practices. The profession faces significant challenges pushing for consolidation, the main ones being recruiting and retaining young talent (1 in 2 CPAs in France is over 50 years old), and riding the wave of digitalization and Artificial Intelligence. Successful examples of sector consolidation in the US, the UK and the Nordics reinforced our perception that there was a compelling opportunity to build a leading group in France.
