Managing Partner

Basile is a Partner at Alpera Partners, where he co-founded the firm’s investment strategy with Otium in 2022. Over his career, he has led the execution of 40+ investments and transactions. Prior to Alpera, Basile was a corporate investor at Colisée (care homes platform) and Danone, and began his career as an Investment Banker and Transaction Services consultant. He graduated in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering from Université Paris-Dauphine.

Partner

Alexis is a Partner at Alpera Partners, which he joined in 2024. In his career, he led the execution of 30+ investments and transactions, and was directly involved in deploying of more than €2bn of equity capital. Prior to Alpera, Alexis worked as an investor at several leading investment firms (Softbank, Binance), and started his career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in London. Alexis graduated from HEC Paris and CEMS.

Maxime is a Partner at Alpera Partners, which he joined in 2024. Throughout his career, he has led the execution of 30+ investments and transactions. Prior to Alpera, Maxime worked as an investor at several family offices (Courtin-Clarins family, Labruyère family) and private equity funds (Founders Future), and began his career as an investment banker. He holds degrees in Engineering and Finance from École Polytechnique Féminine and Université Paris-Dauphine.

Associate

Benoît is an Associate at Alpera Partners, which he joined in 2024. In his career, he has gained experience in investment and transaction services. Prior to Alpera, Benoît worked as a Private Equity analyst at Kouros and began his career in Transaction Services at Alvarez & Marsal. He graduated with a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School.

Mickaël is an Associate – Financial Performance at Alpera Partners, which he joined in 2024. In his career, he has gained experience in financial and portfolio performance. Prior to Alpera, Mickaël worked as a Performance Analyst at Colisée, a CFO Advisory Consultant at Sia Partners, and began his career as an M&A Analyst at Carmine Capital. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Financial Strategy from Audencia Business School.

Associate

Quentin is an Associate at Alpera Partners, which he joined in 2025. In his career, he has gained experience in strategy consulting and investment. Prior to Alpera, Quentin worked for four years at Oliver Wyman, where he was a Junior Manager, and began his career as a Private Equity Analyst at Waterland. He graduated with a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School.

Associate

Shelly is an Associate at Alpera Partners, which she joined in 2024. In her career, she has been involved in investment and strategic projects across consulting, private equity, and investment banking. Prior to Alpera, Shelly worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, as an analyst at PAI Partners, and at J.P. Morgan. She graduated with a Master in Management from HEC Paris.
