Welcoming Mickaël Tison to Alpera

We are pleased to introduce Mickaël Tison, who joins Alpera as Associate – Financial Performance within the Buy & Build practice. Mickaël become part, bringing with him strong expertise in financial and portfolio performance.

Mickaël’s Journey Prior to Alpera

Mickaël began his career as an M&A Analyst at Carmine Capital, where he developed a foundation in transaction execution. He then moved into consulting as a CFO Advisory Consultant at Sia Partners, advising finance functions on transformation and performance. Before joining Alpera, he served as a Performance Analyst at Colisée, focusing on portfolio monitoring and financial performance improvement.

Academic Excellence

Mickaël holds a Master’s degree in Financial Strategy from Audencia Business School, equipping him with a solid grounding in corporate finance and strategic financial management.
